Our product line is very intentional and made with a lot of love. We carefully selected the eco-friendly packagaing to align with our mission of reducing the amount of plastic our company utilizes. We loved the idea of having items that our community of customers could reuse + repurposed to reduce waste.
Each spice blend and sauce is not only hand-crafted, but packaged by Chef Soleil and her team. Sharing is caring. The rich aromatic flavors that our dishes embody are now available to purchase and take home for you to enjoy yourself. We're not going to tell you exactly what to use each spice blend or sauce on - that's boring. It's time to have fun with food, unapologetically. A dope, Soleil experience awaits when you shop our marketplace! We regularly update our website and will be adding new blends in the coming months!
Ordering: Prior to hitting submit, ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. If you enter the incorrect shipping address during checkout, although we will to attempt to rectify the error, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to correct the address field if your order is too far along in processing.
Processing & Shipping: Allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out, as shipping carriers such as USPS are facing delays due to Covid-19. We ship out as quickly as possible, so you may receive your package earlier than expected! Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number. Please note: if your shipment shows as "delivered" via USPS, we are not responsible, nor will we be able to replace items that are presumed as lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with USPS.
Lost and/or Stolen packages: We will do everything in our power to assist you in the event an error was caused on our behalf. However, once your order leaves our facility we are responsible for the handling of your package. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos and a descripton detailing the damage. For mishandling, lost, or stolen packages a claim will need to be submitted with the delivery carrier. All shipments include insurance with the delivery carrier.
Returns & Refunds: All purchases are considered final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferrable, as we will not accept any returns for food products and/or gift cards.
Q: Do you offer local pickup? A: We will ocassionally offer local pickup. We travel a lot for clients and events, which doesn't allow us to designate one location/date for our clients to pickup their orders frequently. We're looking into offering this option in the future!
Q: What can I cook with the spices and/or sauces?A: Anything you'd like! We can offer suggestions, but we want you to have fun with it and try new flavors to different dishes.
